PLAN AHEAD FOR 2027

Make engagement part of the plan

Great employee engagement doesn't have to mean big initiatives or expensive events. Sometimes it's about starting the right conversation, recognising someone's contribution, sharing useful information or creating an opportunity for colleagues to get involved.

Our 2027 Engagement Calendar brings together carefully selected UK awareness days, national campaigns and workplace events to help you plan meaningful activity throughout the year.

Each entry includes a practical workplace idea, with links to official campaign resources wherever available.
